Con el objetivo de fortalecer la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n y la seguridad en las comunidades, el Gobierno Municipal que encabeza el Presidente Municipal Oscar Serra Cantoral, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, llev\u00f3 a cabo la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Humanista de Protecci\u00f3n Civil en la Col. El Triunfo 1ra. Secci\u00f3n (Cardona). Esta acci\u00f3n forma parte del Programa de Prevenci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (PP5), que busca impulsar una sociedad m\u00e1s resiliente y comprometida con la autoprotecci\u00f3n y la reducci\u00f3n de riesgos en su entorno.<\/p>\n

El Comit\u00e9 Humanista de Protecci\u00f3n Civil est\u00e1 integrado por voluntarios de la comunidad, quienes, mediante un acta formal, recibieron su acreditaci\u00f3n oficial para ser notificados ante las autoridades estatales. Este grupo tendr\u00e1 la responsabilidad de identificar riesgos en su comunidad, participar en talleres y capacitaciones continuas, y recibir formaci\u00f3n en el manejo de equipamiento b\u00e1sico para la atenci\u00f3n de emergencias.<\/p>\n

Durante el acto de instalaci\u00f3n, el Secretario Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Luis Benjam\u00edn Pichardo Soberano, destac\u00f3 la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en la gesti\u00f3n integral del riesgo, subrayando que \u201cla seguridad y la protecci\u00f3n civil son tarea de todos. Con la conformaci\u00f3n de estos comit\u00e9s, garantizamos que cada comunidad cuente con ciudadanos capacitados y organizados para responder de manera eficiente ante cualquier eventualidad\u201d.<\/p>\n

Con estas acciones, el Gobierno Municipal reafirma su compromiso con el bienestar y la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n, promoviendo una cultura de prevenci\u00f3n que fortalezca la capacidad de respuesta ante fen\u00f3menos naturales y otras situaciones de emergencia.<\/p>\n
