Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez, Chiapas; 5 de febrero de 2025.- La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente presidida por el diputado Luis Ignacio Berm\u00fadez Avenda\u00f1o, declar\u00f3 por urgente\/obvia resoluci\u00f3n, la falta definitiva del ciudadano Rosemberg L\u00f3pez Roblero, al cargo de presidente municipal del Ayuntamiento de Bellavista, Chiapas, debido al proceso judicial en su contra.<\/p>\n
Asimismo y en aras de privilegiar el orden constitucional, garantizar la gobernabilidad y seguridad de los habitantes de Bellavista, en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente se determin\u00f3 nombrar a la segunda regidora, ciudadana Annette Aylin Vel\u00e1zquez Zunun, como presidenta municipal, quien entrar\u00e1 en ejercicio de sus funciones a partir de la fecha de su nombramiento.<\/p>\n
Lo anterior, una vez analizado el oficio turnado a esta soberan\u00eda popular por parte del fiscal general del estado, Jorge Luis Llaven Abarca, donde informa del procedimiento en contra por el hecho que la ley califica como delito de abuso de autoridad, motivo que origin\u00f3 su aprehensi\u00f3n y el proceso judicial en su contra.<\/p>\n
La Sexag\u00e9sima Novena Legislatura refrenda su compromiso por la gobernabilidad y la justicia, privilegiando el bienestar de las y los chiapanecos.<\/p>\n
