Oscar Serra Cantoral le informa a la ciudadan\u00eda en general que a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Hacienda Municipal se ofrecen descuentos para ponerse al corriente con su pago predial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los descuentos en el Impuesto Predial solo son validos para el a\u00f1o en curso 2025 y el porcentaje de descuento es del 15% en el mes de Enero, 10% en el de Febrero y del 5% en el mes de Marzo . As\u00ed como para las personas de la tercera edad, Jubilados o pensionados se realiza el 50% de descuento sobre el 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los pagos podr\u00e1n ser realizarlos en las instalaciones del Palacio Municipal, en un horario de atenci\u00f3n de 8:00 AM a 3:00 PM de lunes a viernes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los requisitos para realizar su son:<\/p>\n<p>-Recibo de pago del a\u00f1o anterior o \u00faltimo pago (original o copia)<\/p>\n<p>-Credencial INE ( Copia)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Aprovecha los descuentos y paga tu predial!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#HumanismoQueTransforma<\/p>\n<p>#SigamosHaciendololoJuntos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; El Gobierno Municipal que encabeza el Lic.
