En su discurso, el maestro Carballo C\u00f3rdova enfatiz\u00f3 que estas acciones dignifican a las corporaciones que trabajan por el bienestar de la ciudadan\u00eda y contribuyen al seguimiento de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas del Gobernador Eduardo Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n

Mateo Trinidad Moreno Estrada, delegado regional del secretariado ejecutivo del sistema estatal de seguridad p\u00fablica zona norte; el Lic. Francisco Jos\u00e9 Velasco Cantoral, delegado regional de protecci\u00f3n civil zona norte; el Lic. Francisco \u00c1lvarez Sanenn, subsecretario de gobierno zona norte; el Lic. Jos\u00e9 Alejandro Ram\u00edrez Narez, encargado de seguridad p\u00fablica municipal; el C. Javier Eduardo \u00c1lvarez Torres, secretario de protecci\u00f3n civil municipal; el C.
