La ceremonia se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la ma\u00f1ana del 20 de noviembre y cont\u00f3 con la presencia del personal de las diversas \u00e1reas del Ayuntamiento Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante el acto, se efectu\u00f3 el izamiento de la bandera en conmemoraci\u00f3n del 114\u00b0 Aniversario de la Revoluci\u00f3n Mexicana. Esta fecha hist\u00f3rica se celebra en honor a la lucha del pueblo mexicano por la justicia y la igualdad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moreno Palacios destac\u00f3 la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en la construcci\u00f3n de un mejor futuro para la comunidad. \u00abUn buen gobierno solamente puede existir cuando hay buenos ciudadanos\u00bb, cit\u00f3 las palabras de Francisco I.
